Founded in 2022, ANTOJITOS CHAPINES brings the vibrant flavors of Guatemala to Hillsboro, Oregon. We take pride in serving authentic traditional dishes that transport you to the heart of Guatemala with every bite.

Indulge in our signature Pepian, a rich and flavorful red beef or chicken stew served with a side of rice. For a taste of home, don’t miss our Hilachas, featuring tender shredded beef served alongside rice.
Delicious Appetizers
Our menu offers a variety of mouthwatering appetizers to share or enjoy on your own. Delight in Garnachas—small corn tortillas topped with chopped beef, onions, cheese, and our special garnacha sauce. Or savor the crispy goodness of our Enchiladas Guatemaltecas, fried tostadas filled with beef, fresh vegetables, and topped with cheese and sliced hard egg.
Try our Tacos Dorados, featuring your choice of beef or chicken, served with sour cream, lettuce, red sauce, and a side of beans, rice, and salad. For something different, taste our Chuchitos—small corn tamales filled with pork, or our traditional Tamales (choose from pork or chicken).
